GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The HCA510T/HCA520T-N is a high-precision analog voltage output single/dual-axis inclination sensor, achieving a maximum precision of 0.003°, making it one of the few high-precision inclinometers available in China. Its primary function is to measure the inclination of an object relative to a horizontal plane.
This sensor features a built-in micro solid pendulum that measures changes in the static gravity field and converts them into inclination changes, outputting a voltage signal (0-5V). It utilizes a high-resolution differential digital-to-analog converter and incorporates a secondary linearity and temperature correction via an internal MCU system, so users do not need to perform secondary linearity corrections. This also reduces the impact of environmental changes on the product's accuracy.
Employing a non-contact measurement principle, the HCA510T/HCA520T-N can provide real-time outputs of current posture inclination. It is easy to use and does not require reference surfaces for installation. With the latest MEMS technology, it offers high precision, compact size, strong resistance to external electromagnetic interference, and the ability to withstand shock and vibration, making it an ideal choice for industrial equipment and platform attitude measurement!
